Clientra Affiliate Program – Terms of Service

By participating in the Clientra Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Commission Eligibility: Commission is earned exclusively on paid Business and Enterprise plans. Trial or free plans do not generate commission.
2. Tiered Commission Rates: We offer a performance-based recurring commission structure:
   • Tier 1 (1–5 clients): 30% recurring commission.
   • Tier 2 (6–15 clients): 35% recurring commission.
   • Tier 3 (16+ clients): 40% recurring commission.
   Commissions are paid for up to 12 months per referred customer.
3. Cookie Duration: Affiliate tracking cookies remain active for 90 days from the initial click on your referral link.
4. Anti-Fraud & Self-Referrals: Self-referrals (referring your own business or secondary accounts) are strictly prohibited and will not be paid.
5. Activation: Commissions are activated only after the referred client completes their first successful payment for a subscription plan.
6. Payouts: Commissions are calculated monthly after reaching the minimum payout threshold. Payments are made via the agreed-upon method.
7. Abuse & Termination: Clientra reserves the right to reject or cancel referrals in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms. Accounts found violating policies may be terminated without payout.
8. Data Privacy: Affiliate partners do not have access to any business, customer, or personal data belonging to Clientra clients or their end users.
9. Amendments: Clientra reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time with prior notice to active partners.
10. Manual Review: All applications are subject to manual review and approval by the Clientra team. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing specific reasons.

By applying to the Affiliate Program, the partner confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
